Step #1 Stir together first 6 ingredients, 1/4 c green onions, & 1/4 c cilantro.
Step #2 Let stand 1 hr.
Step #3 Stir together remaining green onions, remaining 1/4 c cilantro, chicken, & sliced green chiles.
Step #4 Arrange 4 tortillas on a large baking sheet greased with vegetable cooking spray.
Step #5 Top evenly with cheese, & remaining tortillas, chicken mixture, pressing down slightly.
Step #6 Bake at 425° for 8 to 10 mins or until cheese melts.
Step #7 Cut into wedges, & serve as soon as possible with salsa.
Step #8 Note: Freeze remaining chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, if desired.
