Step #1 Combine yogurt & mango chutney in a bowl; stir well, & set chutney sauce aside.
Step #2 Cook meat & onion In a large-ish nonstick skillet over med-heat/flame until browned, stirring to crumble.
Step #3 Drain meat mixture in a colander; wipe drippings from skillet with a paper towel.
Step #4 Return meat mixture to skillet.
Step #5 Add currants & next 6 ingredients (currants through black pepper); stir well.
Step #6 Combine water & cornstarch; stir well, & add to the meat mixture.
Step #7 Cook over med-heat/flame 2 mins, stirring constantly.
Step #8 Remove from heat; set aside.
Step #9 Working with 1 phyllo sheet at a time, cut each sheet lengthwise into 4 (3 1/2-inch-wide) strips; lightly coat strips with cooking spray (cover remaining phyllo dough to keep it from drying out).
Step #10 Stack 2 strips, & spoon about 1 tbsp meat mixture onto one end of each stack.
Step #11 Fold the left bottom corner over mixture, forming a triangle; keep folding back & forth into a triangle to end of strip.
Step #12 Place triangles, seam sides down, on a baking sheet; lightly coat with cooking spray.
Step #13 Bake at 400° for 12 mins or until golden.
Step #14 Serve warm with chutney sauce.
