• 1 (11-oz) package goat cheese
• 2 tbsps balsamic vinegar
• 1/3 c finely sliced pecans

• Step #2 Place cheese in an 11- x 7-inch baking dish, drizzle with oil mixture, & top this with pecans.
• Step #3 Bake at 250° for 20 mins.
