Garlic-sizzled Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c no-salt-added beef broth
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  •  Cooking spray
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  •  Dash of black pepper
  • 5 c quartered mushrooms (about 1 lb)
  • 10 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 tbsps sliced fresh parsley

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oil In a large-ish nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Step #2 Add the mushrooms, crushed red pepper, salt, & garlic to skillet, & sauté for 3 mins.
  • Step #3 Reduce heat to medium.
  • Step #4 Add broth & black pepper, & cook 5 mins.
  • Step #5 Remove from heat, & sprinkle with parsley.
