Ingredients
  • 1 c (4 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 c (4 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c sliced pickled jalapeño peppers
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1 (16-oz) can refried beans
  • 1 (1 1/4-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 c shredded lettuce
  • 1 (8-oz) container sour cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine sour cream & taco seasoning mix.
  • Step #2 Spread refried beans onto a 9-inch round serving plate; spoon sour cream mixture evenly over beans.
  • Step #3 Layer with jalapeño peppers & next 4 ingredients.
  • Step #4 Serve with tortilla chips.
