Quick Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 (0.6-oz) envelope Italian dressing mix
  • 1/2 c reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (16-oz) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained

Directions
  • Step #1 Process first 3 ingredients in a food processor/blender until mixed, stopping to scrape down sides.
  • Step #2 Add artichokes & cheese, pulsing 5 to 7 times or just until artichokes are coarsely sliced.
  • Step #3 Spoon mixture into a serving bowl; cover & chill 1 hr.
