Ingredients
  • 2 (15.5-oz) cans Great Northern beans or other white beans, rinsed & drained
  • 16 kalamata olives, pitted
  • 4 tsps capers
  • 4 tsps red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds

Directions
  • Step #1 Place all ingredients in a food processor/blender; process until smooth.
  • Step #2 Place bean mixture in a bowl.
