Ingredients
Dash of Tabasco
1 dozen eggs
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp minced fresh tarragon
Directions
Step #1 Place the eggs in a saucepan & cover with cold water.
Step #2 Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Step #3 Cover up & remove this from heat.
Step #4 Set aside for 15 mins.
Step #5 Drain the pan & fill with cold water.
Step #6 Peel the eggs when cool enough to handle.
Step #7 Cut the eggs in half lengthwise & scoop out the yolks.
Step #8 Mix the yolks with the other ingredients.
Step #9 Spoon the mixture into the whites & serve.
