Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
  •  Dash of Tabasco
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh tarragon

Directions
  • Step #1 Place the eggs in a saucepan & cover with cold water.
  • Step #2 Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Step #3 Cover up & remove this from heat.
  • Step #4 Set aside for 15 mins.
  • Step #5 Drain the pan & fill with cold water.
  • Step #6 Peel the eggs when cool enough to handle.
  • Step #7 Cut the eggs in half lengthwise & scoop out the yolks.
  • Step #8 Mix the yolks with the other ingredients.
  • Step #9 Spoon the mixture into the whites & serve.
