Black Bean-and-mango Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c Italian vinaigrette dressing
  • 2 tsps sliced fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 plum tomatoes, seeded & sliced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  •  Assorted tortilla chips
  • 1 small green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 (15-oz) can black beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 mango, peeled & sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Stir together first 12 ingredients in a medium bowl; cover & chill 1 hr or up to 24 hrs.
  • Step #2 Serve with tortilla chips.
  • Step #3 Black Bean-and-Corn Salsa: Substitute 1 (11-oz) can shoepeg corn, drained, for mango.
  • Step #4 Proceed as directed.
