Cruisin' Crab Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (4.5-oz) can sliced green chiles, drained
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  •  Garnish: sliced fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c whipping cream
  • 1 lb fresh jumbo lump crabmeat, drained
  • 1 c seeded & sliced tomato

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine first 11 ingredients In a large-ish nonstick skillet; place over low heat/flame, stirring constantly, & cook, until mixture is smooth & bubbly.
  • Step #2 Gently fold in crabmeat.
  • Step #3 Spoon into serving bowl, & garnish, if desired.
  • Step #4 Serve with French bread slices toasted with Casino Butter.
