Creamy Crab Cocktail Salad On Garlic-rubbed Crostini Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c finely sliced red onion
  • 1/4 c finely sliced celery
  • 2 tsps Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, halved
  • 40 (1/2-inch-thick) slices diagonally cut French bread baguette (about 10 oz)
  • 3 tbsps reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)
  • 1/4 c finely sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 lb lump crabmeat, drained & shell pieces removed
  • 5 tbsps low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sliced fresh parsley

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Step #2 Place bread slices on a large baking sheet.
  • Step #3 Bake at 400° for 10 mins or until crisp.
  • Step #4 Cool slightly.
  • Step #5 Lightly rub 1 side of each bread slice with cut sides of garlic.
  • Step #6 Discard garlic.
  • Step #7 Combine onion, bell pepper, celery, & crab in a bowl.
  • Step #8 Combine parsley & remaining ingredients.
  • Step #9 Spoon over crab mixture, & toss carefully.
  • Step #10 Top each bread slice with 1 tbsp of crab mixture.
