Ingredients
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
1/4 c finely sliced red onion
1/4 c finely sliced celery
2 tsps Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, halved
40 (1/2-inch-thick) slices diagonally cut French bread baguette (about 10 oz)
3 tbsps reduced-fat sour cream
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)
1/4 c finely sliced red bell pepper
1 lb lump crabmeat, drained & shell pieces removed
5 tbsps low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp sliced fresh parsley
Directions
Step #1 Preheat oven to 400°.
Step #2 Place bread slices on a large baking sheet.
Step #3 Bake at 400° for 10 mins or until crisp.
Step #4 Cool slightly.
Step #5 Lightly rub 1 side of each bread slice with cut sides of garlic.
Step #6 Discard garlic.
Step #7 Combine onion, bell pepper, celery, & crab in a bowl.
Step #8 Combine parsley & remaining ingredients.
Step #9 Spoon over crab mixture, & toss carefully.
Step #10 Top each bread slice with 1 tbsp of crab mixture.
