Smoked Salmon Canapés Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 oz thinly sliced smoked salmon
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 baguette
  • 24 fresh dill sprigs

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut baguette into 24 (1/2-inch-thick) slices, & place on a bak-ing sheet.
  • Step #2 Bake at 400° for 5 mins or until lightly toasted; remove to wire racks to cool.
  • Step #3 Cut salmon into 24 pieces.
  • Step #4 Spread baguette slices evenly with cream cheese, & top evenly with salmon & sour cream.
  • Step #5 Place a dill sprig on each canapé.
