Bacon And Cheddar Tea Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 tbsps thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 1/4 tsps hot sauce
  • 12 (1-oz) slices country white bread, crusts removed
  • 3 1/2 tbsps fat-free mayonnaise
  • 5 tbsps block-style fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c (6 oz) shredded reduced-fat extrasharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 bacon slices, cooked & crumbled

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine all ingredients except the bread, stirring well.
  • Step #2 Spread 3 tbsps cheese mixture on each of 6 bread slices; top this with remaining bread slices.
  • Step #3 Cut each sandwich in half diagonally; cut each half diagonally again to form 4 wedges.
