Pineapple-nut Cheese With Cranberry Chutney Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (8 1/2-oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  •  Cranberry Chutney
  •  Assorted crackers
  • 1/4 c finely sliced green bell pepper
  • 2 tbsps finely sliced onion
  • 1 1/2 c sliced pecans, toasted
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, softened

Directions
  • Step #1 Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Step #2 Gradually stir in the pineapple, next 3 ingredients, & 1 c pecans.
  • Step #3 Transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top evenly with remaining 1/2 c pecans.
  • Step #5 Chill 1 hr or until firm.
  • Step #6 Serve with Cranberry Chutney & crackers.
