Tapenade With Basil Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 can (2 oz.) anchovy fillets, drained & rinsed
  • 1 c calamata olives
  • 1/2 c extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 c sliced fresh basil leaves

Directions
  • Step #1 Pit olives.
  • Step #2 In a food processor/blender, garlic, whirl olives, anchovies, & basil until finely sliced.
  • Step #3 Add olive oil & whirl until smooth.
  • Step #4 (Or with a knife, garlic, anchovies, mince olives, & basil; mix with oil.
  • Step #5 )Nutritional analysis per tbsp.
