Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps fresh lime juice
  • 1/3 c finely sliced sweet onion
  •  Hot sauce, optional
  • 2 tbsps sliced fresh cilantro
  • 2 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded & cut into 1/4-inch dice
  • 2 ripe avocados, pitted & peeled

Directions
  • Step #1 Mash the avocados with a fork until chunky.
  • Step #2 Stir in the lime juice, & hot sauce, tomatoes, cilantro, onion, if using.
  • Step #3 Spice up to taste with salt & ground pepper.
  • Step #4 Serve at about room temp.
