Step #1 In a mixing bowl, mix salad dressing, water & vanilla.
Step #2 Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda & salt.
Step #3 Add to salad dressing mixture & beat until mixed.
Step #4 Transfer to a greased & floured 10-in.
Step #5 fluted tube pan (pan will not be full).
Step #6 Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 mins or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Step #7 Cool for 10 mins; remove this from pan to a wire rack.
Step #8 Dust with confectioners' sugar if desired.
