Step #1 Remove skin & bones from fillet; cut fish into 1-inch pieces.
Step #2 Set aside.
Step #3 Pulse parsley in a food processor/blender until minced; add green onions, & salmon, capers, & pulse 3 to 4 times or until mixture resembles ground beef.
Step #4 Add egg, dillweed, 3 tbsps cracker meal, & next 4 ingredients; pulse 3 to 4 times or until mixed.
Step #5 Shape mixture into 8 patties.
Step #6 Dredge patties in remaining cracker crumbs, shaking off excess crumbs.
Step #7 Sauté patties in 2 tbsps olive oil In a large-ish skillet 3 mins on each side or until golden brown.
Step #8 Remove from skillet; keep warm.
Step #9 Whisk together vinegar, & 1/4 c olive oil; pour over salad greens & tomatoes, mustard, tossing carefully.
Step #10 Serve salmon patties over salad with Caper Tartar Sauce.
