Coconut Avocadoce Cream Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 (1/2 lb) avocados, peeled & pitted
  • 1 c coconut cream
  • 3/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 c white sugar
  • 1 1/2 c milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Puree milk, sugar, coconut cream, avocados, & lemon juice in a mixer until smooth.
  • Step #2 Pour into a bowl, cover, & put in the fridge for several hrs until cold.
  • Step #3 Freeze in an ice cream machine according to manufacturer's directions, then freeze overnight.
  • Step #4 Allow ice cream to soften in refrigerator for 10 mins before serving.
