  • Step #5 total), such as baby artichokes (trim & discard tough outer leaves; quarter artichokes & steam until tender); broccolini (trim stem ends; steam until bright green); baby carrots (leave tops on; peel if desired); baby fennel (trim & discard stem end & stalks; slice fennel 1/4 in.
  • Step #6 thick); radishes; sugar snap peas; or baby zucchini (halve lengthwise).
  • Step #7 Arrange vegetables on a platter & accompany with herb butter & a bowl of fine sea salt for dipping.
