Fruit Salsa With Cinnamon Crisps Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled & sliced
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 1/4 tsps ground cinnamon, divided
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 4 (7 1/2-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 Red Delicious apple, sliced
  • 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
  •  Vegetable cooking spray

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine first 4 ingredients.
  • Step #2 Stir together lemon juice, 1/4 c sugar, nutmeg, & 1/2 tsp cinnamon; toss with fruit.
  • Step #3 Chill.
  • Step #4 Cut each tortilla into eighths.
  • Step #5 Arrange pieces on baking sheets.
  • Step #6 Lightly coat with cooking spray.
  • Step #7 Combine remaining 3/4 tsp cinnamon & 2 tbsps sugar.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top over tortilla chips.
  • Step #9 Bake at 350° for 6 to 8 mins or until lightly browned.
  • Step #10 Serve with fruit salsa.
