Creamyegetable Medley Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (2.8 oz) package French-fried onions, divided
  • 1 (16 oz) package frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower combination
  • 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/3 c sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain.
  • Step #3 In a large bowl mix vegetables, mushroom soup, 1/2 c cheese, sour cream, 1/2 can fried onions & pepper.
  • Step #4 Transfer to a deep pie plate.
  • Step #5 Bake in preheated oven for 30 mins.
  • Step #6 Sprinkle top with remaining cheese & fried onions; bake 5 mins longer.
