Pinecone Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c (4 oz) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8-oz) container garden vegetable cream cheese
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  •  Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1 (8-oz) container roasted garlic cream cheese
  • 2 c pecan halves, toasted

Directions
  • Step #1 Stir together first 4 ingredients.
  • Step #2 Shape into an oval; chill 2 hrs.
  • Step #3 Arrange pecan halves over cheese oval in overlapping rows beginning at bottom & working upward.
  • Step #4 Arrange rosemary sprigs at top of pinecone.
  • Step #5 Serve with crackers.
