Ingredients
  • 4 c coarsely sliced peeled mango (about 4 mangoes)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 oz shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto, coarsely sliced

Directions
