1 (10.75 oz) can fat free condensed cream of mushroom soup
salt to taste
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch dried oregano
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp cornstarch
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of celery soup
2 tbsps steak sauce
1 (8 oz) can canned mushrooms
1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Step #1
In a large skillet over medium high heat, mix the ground beef & the onion & saute for 10 mins, or until the meat is browned & the onion is tender.
Step #2 In a large pot over high heat, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder to taste, mushrooms, garlic powder, soy sauce, mix the soups, lemon juice, steak sauce, vinegar, sugar, cayenne pepper & oregano & season this with salt to taste.
Step #3 Bring to a slow boil, stirring often to prevent burning.
Step #4 When hot, add the meat & onion mixture.
Step #5 In a separate small bowl, mix the cornstarch & water, & add slowly to the sauce, stirring until cornstarch is dissolved, stirring well.
Step #6 (Note: This will thicken the sauce so only do this if you feel it's necessary.
