No-cook Eggnog Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c fat-free half-and-half
  • 1 1/2 c 2% reduced-fat milk*
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 c sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsps bourbon
  • 3/4 c egg substitute
  • 3/4 c egg substitute

Directions
  • Step #1 Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl or pitcher.
  • Step #2 Cover up & chill until ready to serve.
  • Step #3 *1 1/2 c vanilla-flavored soymilk may be substituted.
  • Step #4 Note: For testing purposes, we used Egg Beaters egg substitute & Silk Vanilla Soymilk.
