Anne's Hot Sausage Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  •  Corn chips
  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lb ground hot pork sausage
  • 3/4 c (3 oz) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10-oz) can sliced tomato & green chiles

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook sausage In a large-ish skillet, stirring until meat crumbles & is no longer pink; drain well.
  • Step #2 Drain sliced tomato & green chiles, reserving 1/4 c liquid.
  • Step #3 Stir together sausage, sliced tomato & green chiles, reserved liquid, & cream cheese.
  • Step #4 Spoon into a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
  • Step #5 Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 mins or until bubbly.
  • Step #6 Serve with corn chips.
