Hot Bean-and-cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  •  Cooking spray
  • 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 3/4 c (3 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16-oz) can pinto beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can sliced tomatoes, drained & divided
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 (16-oz) can fat-free refried beans
  • 1 (4.5-oz) can sliced green chiles, drained
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Step #2 Combine 1 c tomatoes & the next 7 ingredients (1 c tomatoes through chiles).
  • Step #3 Spoon tomato mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray.
  • Step #4 Top with cheese.
  • Step #5 Bake at 350° for 20 mins or until cheese is melted.
  • Step #6 Top with remaining tomatoes.
