• 8 oz mixed green olives
• 3 sprigs fresh thyme

• Step #1 Heat oven to 450°.
• Step #2 Place the olives & thyme in the center of a 12-by-12-inch piece of aluminum foil wrap.
• Step #3 Fold foil wrap into a 5-inch-square packet, making sure the edges of the packet are well sealed.
• Step #4 Bake until the olives are warm & juicy, about 15 mins.
• Step #5 Place in a small ramekin & serve.
