Walnuts And Parmesan Bruschetta Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 c extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 baguette
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 c grated Parmesan
  • 1 c walnuts

Directions
  • Step #1 Thinly slice half a baguette.
  • Step #2 Place the rounds on a baking sheet & broil them until they're golden brown (about 1 1/2 mins per side).
  • Step #3 Pulse the walnuts, Parmesan, & salt in a food processor/blender until crumbly.
  • Step #4 Add the lemon juice.
  • Step #5 While the machine is running, add the oil in a slow, steady stream.
  • Step #6 Spread the mixture on the rounds.
  • Step #7 Garnish the bruschetta with extra Parmesan, if desired.
