Spinach And Artichokes In Puff Pastry Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 (14-oz) can artichoke hearts, drained & sliced
  • 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1 (10-oz) package frozen sliced spinach, thawed
  • 1 (17.3-oz) package frozen puff pastry

Directions
  • Step #1 Drain spinach well, pressing between layers of paper towels.
  • Step #2 Stir together spinach, artichoke hearts, & next 5 ingredients.
  • Step #3 Thaw puff pastry at about room temp 30 mins.
  • Step #4 Unfold pastry, & place on a lightly floured surface or heavy-duty plastic wrap.
  • Step #5 Spread one-fourth spinach mixture evenly over pastry sheet, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  • Step #6 Roll up pastry, jellyroll fashion, pressing to seal seam; wrap in heavy-duty plastic wrap.
  • Step #7 Repeat procedure with remaining pastry & spinach mixture.
  • Step #8 Freeze 30 mins; cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
  • Step #9 (Rolls may be frozen up to 3 months.
  • Step #10 )Bake at 400° for 20 mins or until golden brown.
