Smoked Nachos Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c sliced fresh or canned jalapeño peppers
  • 3 c (12 oz) shredded Cheddar-Jack-American cheese mix
  • 1 (9-oz) package tortilla chips

Directions
  • Step #1 Spread chips in a lightly greased aluminum foil wrap-lined 13- x 9-inch pan; sprinkle with cheese & jalapenos.
  • Step #2 Place pan on food rack, covered with grill lid, & grill, over low heat/flame (less than 300°) 15 to 20 mins.
