Roasted Almonds With Lemon And Salt Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsps kosher salt
  • 3 c unblanched almonds

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Step #2 Soak nuts in juice for 30 mins.
  • Step #3 Remove nuts with a slotted spoon.
  • Step #4 Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Step #5 Bake at 350° for 15 mins.
  • Step #6 Place the nuts In a large-ish bowl; toss with salt & oil.
  • Step #7 Return nuts to baking sheet, & bake 10 mins longer, or until lightly browned.
