• 1/4 c whipping cream
• 2 c (12 oz) semisweet chocolate morsels
• 2 quarts fresh strawberries

• Step #1 Rinse strawberries, & pat completely dry with paper towels (chocolate will not stick to wet strawberries).
• Step #2 Set aside.
• Step #3 Microwave chocolate morsels & whipping cream in a 1-quart microwave-safe bowl at MEDIUM (50% power) 3 1/2 mins.
• Step #4 Stir until smooth.
• Step #5 Grasp strawberries by the stem, & dip into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip.
• Step #6 Place on wax paper, & let this stand until chocolate hardens.
