Bean Dip With Browned Garlic Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp tahini (sesame seed paste)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 (19-oz) can cannellini beans or other white beans, drained

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oil in a small nonstick skillet over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #2 Add garlic; sauté 1 min or until lightly browned.
  • Step #3 Place garlic mixture, lemon juice, & remaining ingredients in a mixer; process until smooth.
  • Step #4 Serve with toasted pita wedges or carrot sticks.
