Ingredients
  • 2 (10-oz.) bittersweet or semisweet chocolate bars, coarsely sliced
  • 3 c whipping cream
  •  Fresh fruit, angel food cake

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine chocolate bars & whipping cream In a large-ish, microwave-safe glass bowl.
  • Step #2 Microwave at LOW until chocolate is melted & mixture is mixed, stirring every 30 seconds.
  • Step #3 Keep warm in a chafing dish.
  • Step #4 Serve fondue with assorted fresh fruit or angel food cake.
