Crab-and-pomegranate Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 (2-lb) cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, & cut lengthwise into 12 slices
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz lump crabmeat, drained & shell pieces removed

Directions
  • Step #1 Arrange crabmeat in center of platter, & arrange cantaloupe around crabmeat.
  • Step #2 Sprinkle top lime juice over the crabmeat & the cantaloupe.
  • Step #3 Top with the pomegranate seeds.
