Cajun Rémoulade Recipe

Ingredients

1 c mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c sliced green onions
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsps capers
1/2 c sliced celery
2 tbsps sliced fresh parsley
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsps prepared horseradish
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Directions

Step #1 Pulse first 4 ingredients in a food processor/blender until coarsely sliced; drain well.
Step #2 Add remaining ingredients; pulse 3 or 4 times, stopping to scrape down sides.
