Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp finely sliced fresh parsley
  • 5 green onions, sliced
  • 2 (10-oz) cans sliced tomato & green chiles
  • 1 (16-oz) bottle zesty Italian dressing
  • 2 (15.8-oz) cans field peas with snaps, rinsed & drained
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (14 1/2-oz) can sliced tomatoes
  • 2 (11-oz) cans white shoepeg corn, drained

Directions
  • Step #1 Stir together all ingredients.
  • Step #2 Cover up & chill 8 hrs.
  • Step #3 Drain before serving.
  • Step #4 Serve with corn chips.
