Mini Meatballs With Creamy Dill Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2/3 c fat-free sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp dill seeds
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  •  Meatballs:
  • 1/4 c dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp sliced fresh dill
  •  Cooking spray
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 lb ground round
  • 1 c finely sliced onion
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 large egg white, lightly beaten
  • 2 tsps minced garlic
  •  Dip:

Directions
  • Step #1 To prepare meatballs, mix first 7 ingredients in a bowl; shape mixture into 32 (1-inch) meatballs.
  • Step #2 Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Step #3 Coat pan with cooking spray.
  • Step #4 Add half of meatballs to pan; cook 8 mins or until done, browning on all sides.
  • Step #5 Remove from pan; drain well on paper towels.
  • Step #6 Repeat procedure with remaining meatballs.
  • Step #7 Cover up & chill in the fridge.
  • Step #8 To prepare dip, mix sour cream & remaining ingredients, stirring with a whisk.
  • Step #9 Cover up & chill in the fridge.
  • Step #10 Serve meatballs with dip.
