Step #12 Place one sheet of phyllo dough on a large cutting board or work surface (cover remaining dough to keep from drying); lightly coat with cooking spray.
Step #13 Place sheet in a 10-inch deep-dish pie plate coated with cooking spray, carefully pressing into bottom & up sides of pan, letting ends of phyllo overlap the top of pan.
Step #14 Repeat procedure with remaining phyllo sheets, placing in a crisscross pattern.
Step #15 Spoon spinach mixture evenly over phyllo.
Step #16 Fold overlapping ends of phyllo toward center of pan.
Step #17 Coat ends with cooking spray, & carefully press to hold shape.
Step #18 Bake at 375° for 40 mins or until golden.
Step #19 Cool 15 mins on a wire rack; cut into wedges.
