Cheesy Mexican Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (16-oz) Italian bread shell
  • 1 c refried beans
  • 1/4 c black bean dip
  • 1 (14 1/2-oz) can sliced tomatoes
  • 1 c (4 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 2 c (8 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Place bread shell on a baking sheet.
  • Step #2 Stir together refried beans, sour cream, & bean dip, & spread over Italian bread shell.
  • Step #3 Drain tomatoes, & pat dry with paper towels; spoon over bean mixture.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top with cheeses.
  • Step #5 Bake at 450° for 10 to 12 mins or until cheese melts.
  • Step #6 NOTE: To lighten recipe, use fat-free refried beans, fat-free or light sour cream, & reduced-fat cheeses.
