Salted Roasted Almonds Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 c blanched almonds (3/4 lb.)
  •  About 1/4 tsp kosher or regular salt

Directions
  • Step #1 In a 9- by 13-inch pan, mix almonds with oil.
  • Step #2 Bake in a 350° regular or convection oven until nuts are golden, 12 to 14 mins, stirring once about halfway through.
  • Step #3 Add salt to taste.
  • Step #4 Let cool completely.
