Warm Artichoke And Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 to 2 tbsps hot sauce
  • 2 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c fresh (soft) crustless breadcrumbs
  • 2 (14-oz) cans artichoke hearts, drained & sliced
  • 2 tbsps sliced fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tsps prepared mustard
  • 1 (10-oz) package frozen sliced spinach, cooked
  • 1 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  •  Belgian endive, crostini, or crackers
  • 2 tbsps sliced green onions (white & pale green parts only)
  • 1 to 2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  •  Freshly ground pepper, to taste
  •  Sea salt, to taste

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Step #2 Butter a 1-quart ovenproof dish, & set aside.
  • Step #3 Heat oil In a large-ish skillet over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #4 Add onion, & sauté 3 to 4 mins or until soft & translucent.
  • Step #5 Combine onion, artichoke, add sea salt & pepper, & next 9 ingredients In a large-ish bowl, & stir this to mix thoroughly.
  • Step #6 Transfer to prepared dish, & bake this at 350° for 30 to 35 mins or until heated through & bubbling around edges.
  • Step #7 Serve warm with Belgian endive, crostini, or crackers.
