Baked Feta With Marinara Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (4-oz) package crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  •  Cooking spray
  • 32 (1/2-inch-thick) slices diagonally cut French bread baguette (about 1 lb), toasted
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can sliced tomatoes with basil, garlic, & oregano, drained

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Step #2 Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top feta evenly into a 6-inch gratin dish or small shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  • Step #4 Top with tomato mixture.
  • Step #5 Bake at 350° for 20 mins.
  • Step #6 Serve as a spread with bread slices.
