Brown Sugar Fruit Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c sour cream
  •  Garnish: brown sugar
  • 1/3 c coffee liqueur (optional)
  •  Assorted fruit
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
  • Step #1 Beat brown sugar & cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Step #2 Add sour cream, and, if desired, vanilla, coffee liqueur, beating until mixed & smooth; fold in whipped topping.
  • Step #3 Cover up & chill 4 hrs.
  • Step #4 Garnish, if desired.
  • Step #5 Serve with assorted fruit.
  • Step #6 Note: For testing purposes only, we used Kahlúa for coffee liqueur.
