Chicken And Dressing Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 2 1/2 c water
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 (6 oz) package herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
  • 1 (4 lb) whole chicken, deboned & cut into bite size pieces

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 In a medium bowl mix the butter or margarine, sage & stuffing mix.
  • Step #3 Mix together & spread this mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Step #4 Spread cooked chicken over mixture.
  • Step #5 In the same bowl mix the cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup & water.
  • Step #6 Mix well & pour this mixture over the chicken.
  • Step #7 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 mins or until bubbly.
