Ingredients
  • 1 (5-oz.) log goat cheese
  • 1 (7-oz.) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained & cut into strips
  • 1 (10-oz.) jar pitted kalamata olives, rinsed & drained
  • 1 (4-oz.) package sliced salami
  • 1 (16-oz.) jar pickled okra, drained
  • 2 tbsps sliced fresh parsley
  •  Assorted crackers & breadsticks

Directions
  • Step #1 Roll goat cheese log in parsley; place on a serving platter.
  • Step #2 Arrange okra & next 3 ingredients on platter around goat cheese.
  • Step #3 Serve with crackers & breadsticks.
