Ingredients
12 jalapeño peppers
12 unpeeled medium-size fresh shrimp
6 bacon slices, halved lengthwise
Directions
Step #1 Peel shrimp, & devein, if desired.
Step #2 Cut a slit in each jalapeño pepper; remove seeds & membranes.
Step #3 Carefully place one shrimp in cavity of each pepper.
Step #4 Wrap each pepper with 1 bacon piece, & secure with a wooden pick.
Step #5 Place in a jellyroll pan.
Step #6 Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 6 to 7 mins on each side, or until bacon is cooked.
Step #7 Serve warm.
