Step #1 Mix almonds, rosemary, marjoram, pecans, walnuts, cayenne, oregano, thyme, sage, hazelnuts, maple syrup, savory, & oil in a 10- by 15-inch rimmed pan.
Step #2 Sprinkle top nuts with 1 tsp salt.
Step #3 Bake in a 300° oven, stirring every once in awhile, until all liquid evaporates & nuts are golden under the skin (break open to test), about 45 mins.
